NOTE: The practices we share we with you are simply an example of the many ways that WLC game players can accomplish their daily mobility. These are intended to help you explore both your body’s potential and the vast world of movement.

MovNat stands for “moving naturally.” This collection of MovNat videos will teach you how to develop your mobility through a variety of movements that the human body was actually designed to perform.

Some of these movements may be challenging to you, but through practice you will not only increase your mobility, but also build coordination, stability, and strength. Not to mention, natural movement feels good to your body — and is generally quite fun.

Even though these MovNat videos are labeled by “week,” you can do these in any order or fashion you like. Try a different one each day or do the same one for a number of days. Experiment until you find what makes your body feel good and move well.

MovNat Follow-Along Video Series

MovNat Ground-Based Movement Video Series

In this series of videos, Danny focuses on ground-based movements. While these are not follow-along videos, they will equip you with a wide vocabulary of natural movements. Each week, Danny will build onto what you’ve learned, so you’ll end up with a whole repertoire of movements you can practice.

Bonus: Listen to Danny Clark Explain MovNat on Our Podcast

Years of competitive wrestling and judo took a toll on Danny Clark’s body. In an effort to correct the damage, Danny began to explore other modalities such as yoga and kettlebell training. But nothing he tried was a complete solution — until he began training MovNat with Erwan Le Corre.

Now, Danny Clark is a MovNat Master Instructor, as well as their Performance Director. Click here to listen to the podcast and learn who the man in those videos is and how he came to revere natural movement. You’ll also gain insights into the MovNat training system and inside knowledge on how Danny himself trains day-to-day.
