For this reason, you’ll end each day of the Challenge with a reflection—
A note on how the day went, something you’re thankful for, an intention for tomorrow, a story, even a motivational quote.
We leave the reflection requirement open-ended, a space for you to use as you see fit, asking only that you complete it each day.
At the end of the Challenge, you’ll have a digital record of your daily experiences, giving color and clarity to your score.
