Each week during the Whole Life Challenge, we’ll introduce you to a new well-being practice—
A small action you can take each day to improve your life.
We might ask you to meditate for 10 minutes, pick up a book, spend less time on social media, reach out to a friend, organize a disheveled space — anything we believe has the potential to positively impact your life.
Regardless of the specifics, you’ll approach each practice as a one-person experiment, taking 7 days to see if it’s worthy of long-term inclusion in your life.
After trying it out for a week, you’ll simply keep the practices you like and leave the ones you don’t (recognizing that the most beneficial practices may be the ones that challenge you the most).
