Despite the fact that it’s often supposed to relax us, yoga can be a bit overwhelming. At least, sorting through which type of yoga you want to practice can be. How do you know which style is right for you?
What makes this question even more challenging is that the answer will be different for each person. We each have different goals and needs, not to mention bodies!
So, to help you sort through the strangely confusing world of yoga, we’re sharing this series of free Brett Larkin videos (more on Brett below). Each video will introduce you to a different style of yoga. And you won’t just learn the movements, but you’ll also learn a bit about the “why” behind each type of yoga so you can pick the best one (or ones!) for you.
