Beginner Restorative Yoga Follow-Along with Brett Larkin

You’re in for a treat! Restorative yoga is about pure relaxation. If you’re feeling tired, stressed, or overworked, this beginner restorative yoga class is the answer for you. Additionally, for people trying to lose weight, recent research has shown that restorative yoga was more effective than more active aerobic practices.

You don’t need fancy props to reap the benefits of this beginner restorative yoga class. However, you will want some pillows, couch cushions, and a tightly woven blanket so you can be fully supported and blissed-out in each pose.

Dim the lights, consider lighting a candle, and get ready for thirty luxurious minutes of self-care.

Optional Props:

  • Yoga mat
  • Pillows and/or cushions
  • Tightly woven blanket
