When it comes to getting enough sleep, most of us can use all the help we can get. Since the invention of electricity and light bulbs over 100 years ago, human beings have been functioning on ever-shortening hours of sleep each night — something which we’re not designed to do.
The goal this week for the lifestyle practice is to get at least seven hours of sleep each night.
