The warm weather has officially arrived, and that means that it is berry season. I absolutely love the assortment of in-season berries that have made their presence in the markets, and I cannot resist buying them.

Berry Protein Smoothies

This recipe for berry protein smoothies utilizes a variety of delicious berries, which can be either fresh or frozen for the recipe. The frozen banana provides a creamy texture, and the tofu and almond butter provide healthy sources of protein and fat. As a result, these berry protein smoothies are a perfect post-workout treat.
