This smoothie utilizes a variety of delicious berries, which can be either fresh or frozen for the recipe. It is a perfect post-workout treat.

  • 1/2 banana peeled and frozen for at least 6 hours
  • 4 strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries i.e. blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 block silken soft tofu


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for one minute, stopping the blender to stir the ingredients as needed.
  2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
