We will focus on something a little different each time, but you’re guaranteed to get both a great workout and a rejuvenating mobility practice.

New Call-to-action

Upper Back Opener: 10-Minute Follow Along Yoga Flow with Sima

In my last video, we worked on building strength in our arms, shoulders, and upper back. Today’s flow will be a little bit slower pace and we will also be targeting your arms, shoulders, and upper back. But instead of focusing on building muscle, this one will be an upper back opener. If you feel tension in this area or just want to balance out your strength work, this is a great flow for you.

Note: Remember these poses and sequences are modifiable. The best movement practice is one that feels good to your body. Feel free to take a break any time, sit back into child’s pose, or adjust the movements to fit your body better. Over time you will see your strength, stability, and flexibility grow.
