These practices are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily mobility, and are intended to help you explore both your body’s potential and the world of movement.
Today’s Movement Vault flexibility and mobility routine focuses on your entire body. The goal with our flow routines is to stretch and activate muscles around all joints in your body. Our flow routines are perfect to do at anytime of the day and can be used as a warm-up before a workout, after a workout, or during an active recovery day.
