Thank you so much for being a part of these eight weeks of love and care for our bodies. In this final week, we’re going to put together everything we’ve learned. This week’s lesson is called, “Whole Body Integration,” and I’m going to teach you a fantastic movement known as “walking spiderman with overhead reach.” Who wouldn’t want to learn that?
