These practices are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your ten daily minutes of mobility.
Jill Miller Follow Along Mobility Practice: Week 6
This week’s lesson is called “Hip Help.” Our hips are a major component of our body and, therefore, it’s good for us to put some time into making sure they are working properly. Increasing our range of motion and mobility in our hips can bring better movement and ease of movement to many other parts of our body. So, let’s give those hips a little help.

- Yoga Tune Up balls or tennis balls
- Therapy Ball Plus, or tennis balls
- Stretch strap or long towel or belt/scarf
