Hello! That’s what we’re going to say to ourselves in this week’s lessons, known as “Shoulder Hello.” For many of us, our shoulders are a weak point or pain point, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I’m going to show you a variety of tools you can use to improve your shoulder health.
