Whose low back couldn’t use a little attention? That’s why this week’s lesson is called “Low Back Love.” We’re going to use a combination of self-massage, self-traction, and stabilization to work with our lower backs to get them healthier and feeling better on a daily basis.

- Coregeous Ball or kid’s soft rubber inflated ball or small pillow
