Let’s begin by taking a moment to remember our mindset:
- I’m a student of my body
- I’m a student of my breath
- I embody my body
This week’s lesson is known as “Feet Meets Whole Body Mobility,” or alternatively, “From Sole to Squat.” Our feet are surprisingly important to our movement, posture, and overall well-being. But maybe it shouldn’t be surprising, since they are indeed the “base” of everything we do. So this week, let’s show them some love and care.
