Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 38
This week’s workout is a bit of a smorgasbord. We’re going to start with burpees. We’ll do 5 burpees at the start of each minute. For the remainder of each minute, you’ll have a handful of things you can do to fill that time.
You’ll also get 15 seconds of rest each minute. So, it can’t be all that bad, right? For all the details, hit play on the video and follow along.
Oh, and be sure to have a journal or notebook handy for this one, because we’ll also be exercising our ability to keep track of our repetitions.
As always, no matter what fitness level you are right now, this workout probably sounds pretty simple, but trust me — that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
