Living Room Workout 34
This week’s workout has four things to remember in order to keep it simple in your head: run, sprawl, mountain climber, and squat (to an arm balance). Watch the video, and I’ll explain each movement plus how to scale them to your fitness and ability level.

The structure of the workout might look a little complicated, but it’ll make sense once you get going. And, of course, all you really have to do is follow me and you’ll make it through without having to worry about what comes next.
