Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 15
Today’s workout requires no equipment and is what’s known as an EMOM, which stands for “every minute on the minute.” That means at the start of each minute you’ll do a sequence of three movements. Once you finish those movements, you’ll rest for the remainder of the minute. When the timer goes off for the start of the next minute, you’ll dive back into the exercises.
- 5 push-ups
- 8 star jumps
- 12 plank twisting knee pulls (6 per side, alternating)
Modify these movements as needed to suit your fitness level and your body’s ability to maintain good form. Watch the video for an explanation of the exercises, and then follow me!
