Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 13
All you need for this workout is enough space for your body, some workout clothes, and a good attitude. This is a full-body workout, and you’re going to work pretty hard. But don’t let that scare you away — you can easily modify the movements to your fitness level, so this one is good for everyone from beginner to advanced.
And no matter what, this one is guaranteed to get your heart rate going!
- 20 seconds of plyo-squat lunge lunge
- 20 seconds of forearm plank with hip twist
- 20 seconds of in-place sprinting with high knees
- 30-second rest
Modify these movements as needed to suit your fitness level and your body’s ability to maintain good form. Watch the video for an explanation of the exercises, and then follow me!
