Living Room Workout 10
I’m back with another workout from my living room — well, it’s not my living room. I’m actually in the garage. You can do this workout in your garage, family room, hotel room, or any other small space. You don’t need any equipment and you’re barely going to move, but you will be working hard. Today’s workout is:
- 1-minute cobra hold
- 2-minute plank hold
- 1-minute rest
