The next Whole Life Challenge starts in:

Congratulations! You made it through the first weekend of the Whole Life Challenge. The first weekend is a great time to get organized. But as you might find this week,  your work-week is an entirely different story.

In the following link, you’ll find a ten-minute podcast where Michael and I talk about what to expect during the first work-week of the Challenge and strategies we use for success. We discuss using the positive energy and momentum you’re feeling in week one to set yourself up for success in the seven daily habits for the remainder of the Challenge. We also talk about the importance of being engaged with your teammates in the communication feed. And then we discuss the WLC app, and why it’s not supported this go-round.

And, we have something new for you this Challenge — three very different Whole Life Challenge podcasts:

  • On Mondays, look for a short, ten-minute conversation between Michael and me. We are going to talk about what is going on in the Challenge and what to expect during the week.
  • On Tuesdays, we will have a blog post about one of the seven WLC daily habits, plus a thirty- to sixty-minute podcast interview with a subject matter expert.
  • On Thursdays, we have the WLC Hangout and Q&A podcast. Michael and I hang out with a guest (or group of guests) and field your questions submitted via Twitter and Facebook.

We’re excited about these new additions to the blog and hope you’ll have as much fun listening to them as we have making them!
