Congratulations! You made it through the first weekend of the Whole Life Challenge. The first weekend is a great time to get organized. But as you might find this week, your work-week is an entirely different story.

We discuss using the positive energy and momentum you’re feeling in week one to set yourself up for success in the seven daily habits for the remainder of the Challenge. And, we have something new for you this Challenge — three very different Whole Life Challenge podcasts:
- On Mondays, look for a short, ten-minute conversation between Michael and me. We are going to talk about what is going on in the Challenge and what to expect during the week.
- On Tuesdays, we will have a blog post about one of the seven WLC daily habits, plus a thirty- to sixty-minute podcast interview with a subject matter expert.
- On Thursdays, we have the WLC Hangout and Q&A podcast. Michael and I hang out with a guest (or group of guests) and field your questions submitted via Twitter and Facebook.
