If five minutes is all you can spare for exercising, then this is the workout for you. This workout will strength train your whole body and get your heart rate up, while also improving your posture.

Note: What makes this workout effective and challenging is keeping your feet pointed straight ahead the whole time. Getting the full benefit of this exercise is dependent on this part. Watch the video for detailed instructions and a demonstration.
