Smoothies are a great way to pack in a nutritious breakfast while you are on the run. This is one of my favorite breakfast smoothie recipes because it is so easy. It is made with almond milk so it is dairy free and I love how the chia seeds give it texture, help me feel fuller for longer, and aid in digestion.
Strawberry and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Add banana, strawberries, and chia seeds to the almond milk to a blender and mix thoroughly.
