Morning Nut Milk Latte with Turmeric and Cinnamon
This nourishing morning beverage makes for a tasty alternative to coffee and it’s full of beneficial ingredients.
- 1 1/2-2 cups almond or cashew milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp sweetener such as date or fig syrup or preferred amount of stevia or monk fruit
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
In a small pot, combine the milk and oil.
Heat until it simmers and the oil has melted.
Add in the sweetener, turmeric, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
WLC-compliant nut milks can be hard to find, but you can quickly and easily make your own with this recipe.
