Everyday Yoga for Relaxation and Recovery: YogaVibes Mobility Week 4

Welcome to this six-week series brought to you exclusively by Whole Life Challenge in partnership with YogaVibes. These practices are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily mobility, and are intended to help you explore both your body’s potential and the world of movement.

This week’s YogaVibes class is instructed by Sage Rountree. This gentle yoga class will lead you through two reclining sequences that help dispel tightness in your muscles and foster deep relaxation and recovery.

First, you’ll move gently to release tension through your back, chest, hips, and shoulders. Then, you’ll go deeper into hip stretches while using the legs up the wall position. Along the way, you’ll have options to make things “sweeter” or “spicier” depending on your tastes and needs!

Equipment Needed:

  • Yoga mat (optional)
  • Blanket (or use a towel)
  • Open wall space
