Everyday Yoga for Lower Body Flexibility: YogaVibes Mobility Week 2

Welcome to this six-week series brought to you exclusively by Whole Life Challenge in partnership with YogaVibes. These practices are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily mobility, and are intended to help you explore both your body’s potential and the world of movement.

For week two of your Whole Life Challenge, YogaVibes is providing you with a short practice guided by Sage Rountree. This 20-minute class will lead you through two sequences on the floor designed to bring mobility into the lower body.

First, you’ll warm up your back, chest, hips, and shoulders in a belly-down sequence. Then, you’ll unwind your lower body in deeply relaxing, reclining twists. Along the way, you’ll have options to make things “sweeter” or “spicier” depending on your tastes and needs.

Equipment Needed:

  • Yoga mat (optional)
  • Floor space to move around comfortably and spread yourself out
