For week two of your Whole Life Challenge, YogaVibes is providing you with a short practice guided by Sage Rountree. This 20-minute class will lead you through two sequences on the floor designed to bring mobility into the lower body.
First, you’ll warm up your back, chest, hips, and shoulders in a belly-down sequence. Then, you’ll unwind your lower body in deeply relaxing, reclining twists. Along the way, you’ll have options to make things “sweeter” or “spicier” depending on your tastes and needs.
