Peppermint Patty Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups greens kale, lettuces, parsley, etc.
  • 2/3 can full Ā­fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs 1/2 in smoothie, 1/2 on top
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 5 drops edible peppermint oil
  • 9 ice cubes
  • Filtered water as needed for desired consistency

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into your blender, Nutribullet, or Vitamix.
  2. Whip up for about 30 seconds or to your desired consistency. About 30 seconds produces the milkshake consistency that I prefer.

  3. Pour into a Mason jar or holder of choice.
  4. Top with nibs.

  5. Serve with straw and spoon to enjoy!
