Kale Chips: The Surprisingly Tasty Un-Chip

Kale Chips

All it takes is fifteen minutes to have a crispy, salty, delicious (and healthy) snack.

  • 1 head curly kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Seasonings of your choice


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a knife, remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite-size pieces.
  4. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
  5. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake until the edges brown and crisped, but are not burnt, about 10 to 15 minutes
  7. Eat right away!
