Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot organic coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT oil
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make your coffee using your preferred method.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender of your choice or use an immersion blender. Mix for about 30 seconds, until all becomes blended and frothy.
