One of the easiest ways I've found to dress up my veggies is to create a savory yogurt-based dip — this za'atar dip is my favorite.
Simply stir the za'atar into the yogurt.
Serve with the prepared vegetables. If you're serving for friends, make sure to pick a colorful (and, therefore, nutritious) variety.
