Salad Ingredients:

  • 3 cups arugula salad mix
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries with no sugar added
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
  • Protein of your choice

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put all of the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle the ingredients for the salad dressing on top and toss lightly.
  3. Sit in the shade and enjoy!
