Almond and Coconut Flour Pancakes

Ingredients

almond milk
1
teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
5
large eggs
1/4
cup
packed almond flour
3/4
cup
coconut flour
2
tablespoons
coconut oil
1/2
tsp
stevia
3/4
teaspoon
baking soda
Instructions
Puree ingredients in a blender.
Add some coconut oil or butter to a skillet pre-heated over low to medium heat.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan. Swirl the batter out with the back of the spoon to make the pancake larger.
Cook each side until pancake is cooked through.
Serve immediately with topping of your choice.
