Kale Chips
All it takes is fifteen minutes to have a crispy, salty, delicious (and healthy) snack.

Ingredients

curly kale

tbsp
olive oil

salt
Seasonings of your choice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Using a knife, remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite-size pieces.
Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake until the edges brown and crisped, but are not burnt, about 10 to 15 minutes
Eat right away!
